A habitual process contextualised into fabric,
the upside down shirt takes
its shape from the ritual of undressing.
Devised with an inverted collar on one side,
this long-sleeve shirt coils down and
completes just below the knee.

Fabricated with dead-stock fabric,
a reclaimed material sourced
from local textile merchants.
Dead-stock is often surplus cloth
that has been rejected by fashion brands,
due to overestimations within production and sales.  

Designed
and produced in London,
handmade by the designer in her studio
in Haggerston, East London.  

Any imperfections are intended in
the artistic nature of the garment’s design,
and shouldn’t be considered
a defect or cause of complaint.
